Oak chips are available either toasted or untoasted and can be optimally used at different stages in your wine making process.
BEANS
Beans are cut from our fire-toasted staves and offer a quicker extraction rate and deliver the same complex flavor compounds as other larger oak alternativ products.
SEGMENTS
Segments are cut from our toasted full-length staves into 5 to 8 cm squares and available in 3 different toast levels: Medium, Medium+, Heavy.
REPLICAS
Oak replicas are an innovative solution to impart your neutral barrels to their original characteristics and intensify your wines as necessary.

INFUSION TUBES
Crafted from high quality 304 grade stainless steel, Infusion Tubes enable the winemaker to control incremental amounts of oak integrated into the wine during fermentation, aging, or prior to bottling.
We optain our innovative and environmentally sustainable products from the world's leading manufacturer of the highest quality toasted oak products, StaVin Inc., USA.
The quality of the used wood and the natural toasting procedure is most important for us.
Finely grained French, American and Hungarian oak is matured and dried for at least 36 months before processed. Subsequent toasting is completely done over natural fire and is not caused electronically and artificially as usually done by competitors.
Our oak alternative products are available in various sizes and types and can be used during winemaking or maturing in tanks or barrels.
We offer products for all applications: fermentation or aging your wine in tanks or neutral barrels.
All products are organically produced according to strictly verifiable quality standards and subsequently toasted over natural fire.
