CADUS is part of the small circle of the leading and most exclusive coopers of France and guarantees oak from the noblest forests, such as Allier, Nevers, Bertranges, Jupilles, Vosges, Troncais. The 'Chauffe longue' has become a real trademark that distinguishes these premium barrels of the Burgundy.

The cooperage GAUTHIER FRERES has been owned by its family for three generations. Fabien Gauthier is considered 'The King of Cher Oaks'. The strictly limited annual production of 1,200 barrels guarantees maximum exclusivity with a royal taste profile.

Vincent Darnajou´s pure passion for wine and wood creates world-class barrels. The limited annual production from the oldest forests in central France is highly sought after.

The world-renowned cooperage is part of the 'Maison Louis Latour' and also supplies barrels for its own wines. We are proud to be able to offer you a limited amount of this 'perfume of the oak' from an annual production of only 3,000.

André Vinet produces exceptional barrels for the French elite of red wine vintners. Only the small annual production of 1,500 barrels made from fine grain central France oak goes on sale. The special 'Chauffe au Coeur' of almost two hours opens up all the noble tannins and the finest aromas of the staves for your wine.
