CALVADOS BARRELS

Calvados is a typical apple brandy traditionally distilled in the Normandy. We purchase our premium barrels directly from renowned producers in this area of France.

Classification of the three different varieties 'Calvados', 'Calvados Pays d'Auge' and 'Calvados Domfrontais' is based on respective production areas and has been set by the 'National Institute of Appellations d'Origine (INAO)'.

It is required that the entire production including the harvest and the distillation procedure must happen in the respective production areas.
