Cherry tree is the name given to the wood of the sweet cherry or wild cherry, which is cultivated in the entire Central European region.

The medium-heavy and medium-grained wood is characterized by a fruity and sweet-sour taste. Distillates of all kinds benefit from the exceptional characteristic during maturation in our cherry tree barrels.
